Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on any used goods or burned candles. However, we're committed to ensuring the quality of our products, and we'll gladly replace any items that are damaged during shipment. To qualify for this, you must submit photographic proof of the damage to hello.onorebotanicals@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

If you wish to initiate a return, you may submit a request for your unused product within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Sample Sets are final sale, and cannot be returned. 

To Initiate a Return

  • Within 7 calendar days of delivery, please send us an email at hello.onorebotanicals@gmail.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we'll send you the return shipping address along with your Return Authorization number.
  • We kindly request that you return the package using the original materials it was packed in, or a similar protective material. It's essential that our products are safeguarded and securely packed to ensure they arrive to us in excellent condition. 
  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with any returns. We strongly recommend retaining the tracking information for your records.
  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment.
