We use time-honored, artisanal methods to craft all of our products. Our candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, and bath soaks are made in small batches and hand poured at our home studio in Nashville, TN.

Shipping

Due to our unique customization process, we do our best to process, fulfill, and ship all orders within 3-5 business days of when the order is placed.

Domestic Shipping

Customers will have the option to ship their package via USPS or UPS. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with orders under $100. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the package along with the location it's being shipped to at the time of checkout. All orders $100+ automatically qualify for free shipping in the contiguous U.S.

Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses, and internationally at this time.

Missing Packages

If you receive an email stating your package has been delivered but it's not at your door, we recommend checking around the outside of your home as well as your mailbox first. Also check with your neighbors, doorman, or apartment mailroom if they may have received it for you. If your package has not been located/delivered after 3 business days, please reach out to us at hello.onorebotanicals@gmail.com with your order number; we'll file a claim with the courier to launch an investigation and take the next steps to resolve this for you.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on any used goods or burned candles. However, we're committed to ensuring the quality of our products, and we'll replace any items that are damaged during shipment. To qualify for this, you must submit photographic proof of the damage to hello.onorebotanicals@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

If you wish to initiate a return, you may submit a request for your unused product within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please note: Sample Sets are final sale, and cannot be returned. 

To Initiate a Return

  • Within 7 calendar days of delivery, please send us an email at hello.onorebotanicals@gmail.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we'll send you the return shipping address along with your Return Authorization number.
  • We kindly request that you return the package using the original materials it was packed in, or a similar protective material. It's essential that our products are safeguarded and securely packed to ensure they arrive to us in excellent condition. 
  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with any returns. We strongly recommend retaining the tracking information for your records.
  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment.
